1. Conduct and Behavior

Employee agrees to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of profanity or abusive language while on duty.
  • Engaging in physical or verbal altercations.
  • Filming, recording, or photographing within the premises without prior written approval from management.
2. Confidentiality

Employee agrees not to disclose, share, or use for personal benefit any confidential or proprietary information obtained during employment. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Recipes
  • Financial records
  • Operational procedures
  • Vendor information
  • Internal policies or trade secrets

This obligation continues even after the termination of employment.

3. Grounds for Immediate Termination

Employment may be terminated immediately for any of the following:

  • Theft or dishonesty
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • No-call/no-show (failing to notify management before a missed shift)
  • Repeated tardiness or unexcused absences
  • Violation of restaurant policies outlined in this agreement or communicated by management
